Return Policy

Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn (other than trying it on), unwashed, free of odor, hair, lint, deodorant, etc. and in the same condition as you received it. Sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@dukem.org. Please include your order number and the reason for your return, and someone from our team will contact you with further instructions. Return shipping cost will be deducted from refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Your item(s) will be inspected upon receipt, and you will be notified by email if your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be verified and 3-5 business days for bank processing. If your order is rejected, we will notify you by email the reason for the rejection, and all item(s) will be returned to you.

Damaged and Defective Items

For damaged or defective items, please email us at support@dukem.org  with your order number and pictures of the damaged or defective items and we will email you with further instructions.

International Returns

Internationally shipped items are not eligible for free returns or exchanges. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.
